Jalisco pizza

The food here was really good! We ordered the Jalisco pizza and a pepperoni/bacon pizza. The sauces on the table are really good added onto the Jalisco pizza. They make their dough in house daily and you can really tell from the quality.

We also got to sample the aguas frescas which they also make in house. They have rice, cantaloupe, and hibiscus and they all are good.

We will definitely be going back!

Officially my favorite pizza place. The fusion of Latin American & Italian cuisine is 🔥 Everything tastes so fresh and the sauces are INCREDIBLE. I’m not typically a fan of Mexican food or flavors but this is next level.

We got the house pizza and sweet salad, it was so good I don’t even know how to explain the flavor. Came with all the sauces and the owner was really nice. Took 15min to get our order, we will be coming back.

🔥🔥 Ordered a small Jalisco pizza. As a self proclaimed foodie, this pizza just made my top 5 of favorite pizzas. It’s the Birria style pizza that comes with consommé and additional sauces. The consommé is packed with flavor with onions and cilantro sprinkled on top. The verde sauce and the slightly spicy red sauce were delicious too! No doubt the shredded beef is slow cooked and it is seasoned to absolute perfection. No weird fatty pieces either. There’s a drizzle of a darker sauce on top of the pizza that takes the flavor profile up another notch. This pizza has soooo much flavor it’s unreal. I was skeptical about a Mexican/Italian fusion, but the Jalisco nailed👏🏽it👏🏽!!!

Heads up:
- they were only taking cash when I was there, so plan ahead. With tax, my pizza came out to $20.52.
- if you’re getting the Jalisco and sharing with people, get the large.
- it’s still new, so exercise patience. The staff were super friendly.
- They open at 10:30a. Call your order in early to limit your wait time.

Tried this new Mexican/Italian Fusion pizzeria yesterday. The owner is just getting started and is using old and new family recipes to create some new flavors in pizza. They also have traditional pizzeria foods. We had the Jaliso special and meat lovers. They were great and we will
definitely be going back.
