Food is great, service is fast. Very clean, love the decor.

The employees are friendly with smiles and greetings! The prices are very reasonable. The food was hot and very tasty. Why a 3 you ask? Look at the photo. The condiment containers were so dirty I wouldn't use them. Hopefully it was just a bad clean-up week. The food was good enough to give them a second chance.

Went a couple of months ago and asked for sweet n sour sauce. Kid at front says “we don’t have that”. I said everyone else does, are you out of it or are you saying the restaurant doesn’t have it? He said nope, we don’t serve that here. Review: 1 Star.

Update: Went back last week to give them a second chance. Guess what? My wife (bless her) asked for sweet n sour sauce just to see if they might have it, and yes, they did. A very nice young lady had to go to the back (?) to get it, but she got it. Either the first kid didn’t know about it or was just too lazy to get it. Maybe they have alligators or pit bulls “in the back”...?

Updated to 5 stars since you had it, and the food and service were great. Yes, I really do love the sauce that much.

Wednesday is senior day at this location. They were busy and did a great job of keeping up with the rush. Our food was fresh and hot. They did a good job of cleaning the tables as people left.

Very clean store. I absolutely love Captain Ds and haven't seen a new location is quite some time so it was nice to see what appeared to be a brand new location. The staff was polite and the food delivered as promised. High quality fresh tasting seafood. I would visit this location again.
