McDonald's

I have lived in Wentzville my entire life and have had some bad experiences in the past. I went today (Saturday, August 24th, 2019) and had my best experience ever. They had a hard working crew of mostly younger adults and they had it running like a machine. Our food came out hot and fast. The place was clean. It was everything you could ask for out of a fast food chain. The crew was stellar and I wanted to acknowledge their hard work.

Service here varies from time to time food here can either be very good or subpar to say the least. In the mornings there's a chance if you do order Sprite you will get seltzer water instead. the only time that I willingly visit this McDonald's is when I know they have the afternoon staff there evening and morning staff could use some work.

This location has 4 touch screen kiosks for ordering but you may still order at the counter. Our food was brought to us right after we got our drinks and sat down. Very clean. One employee was constantly cleaning the dining area and there was another outside cleaning the parking lot.

This is "the good McDonald's". It's still a McDonald's, but if you go inside they bring you your food in a slightly nicer-than-average-McDonald's quality... Give that part a chance it's not bad. Also of note is the fact that compared to most McDonald's in St. Charles county area, this one has a higher chance of getting your order right AND giving you fresh food. Just saying I've had consistently better luck here. Good service and the food is as good as McDonald's gets.
