I go often here and always had great time and good experience.The costumer service is usually pretty good at this location but it was excellent this morning.

Today I went there and an employee, named Celeste, was very kind to me. Im writing this as a thank you for her kindness and service. I definitely will come back again.

I go often to get the baker's dozen bagels for the week. Today was my second week in a row going when they were out of my favorite: everything bagels! At 7 months pregnant, this was obviously bad news for me. A manager overheard me being told they were out and so very kindly offered to make a batch of them fresh, just for me! Also, at the end of our meal, the employees were so friendly to my 2 little boys. The costumer service is usually pretty good at this location but it was excellent this morning. Thank you for fulfilling this pregnant lady's cravings!
