Bandana's Bar-B-Q

Customer service was okay. Several dirty plates and one dirty cup. The waitress was good about getting clean dishes and she kept the drinks coming. She made the experience better.

We got this order to go so we can't comment on the service but it's always been good in the past. The quality of the food, though, has always been great and certainly was here, too. We like the smoked meats without sauce but they've got a good variety of BBQ sauces, of course. We really like the baked beans & corn and their garlic bread is always our favorite. It's not close to where we live but we make the drive relatively often because we like it so much.

The first time we went it was good. This time, however, not so much. 7 orders 4 were wrong. One order the waitress asked if he wanted the bone in chicken and he said yes because he didn't want dry chicken but he got boneless dry chicken. Why ask if you are just going to ignore the request.

Food was very good. Ordering for takeout was very easy. My only complaint was that I ordered a combo plate with ribs beef and pork and by the time I got home I discovered that the beef seem to be missing. I counted about three small pieces. Everyone was pleasant even though it was a very busy day for them. They estimated approximately 25 minutes for my order to be ready and it was 28. Can't get a whole lot better than that!

This was our first time eating Bandana’s and just from the SUPERB service we will definitely be back! Brendan gets a thousand stars if I could! He helped us pick out the perfect meal! The food is amazing. We both ordered the ribs! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
