Homestead Restaurant

I've been coming here since the 1980s and while most restaurants quality of food has gone down over the years, not the Homestead. Still the same great tasting food.

Friendly service! Great food! The owner was super friendly! The cook knows what they are doing! We will be stopping by on our way back through in the future! Thank you!

Food was fresh and delicious. Service was good. Dwayne keeps it true to his family recipes, maybe a bit better. The only thing, I have no idea what the meal cost or if tip was included. We left a tip, but noticed others did not. Only a total on the ticket with tax and more being added at check out. Who knows what that was about.

Went on a Sunday and got there about the same time as most of the after church crowd, so the place was packed! We were still seated quickly, and the servers made sure our drinks were never empty for long. The buffet is on the smaller side, but everything I had was delicious. I will say a couple of the dumplings in my chicken and dumplings were a little doughy, but they still tasted good. Overall, will definitely eat here again, just might be a while as it's a bit of a drive for me.

Finally went. Employees we nice, the buffet was good. By no means Hometown Buffet, but what was there made us full and we liked what we had. I think some kid salt bombed the caramel sauce I put on my desert. Otherwise it was decent buffet at a good price.

It was an amazing experience with my family. The food was so good. The waitresses were working hard and were really good. Just a really great place to eat at.
