The new location is great. A dramatic improvement over the old smoky Biker Bar atmosphere.
nFood has normally been pretty good but we went last Friday night for the Prime Rib special with high hopes and were terribly disappointed. I ordered rare prime rib. My wife ordered medium rare Rib Eye. We were served 20 mins later. What I received was prime rib that was well done but marked Medium. My wife received her steak medium but marked Rare. We contacted the waitress and she had correctly entered the order. The cook had made the errors. We reordered and waited another 20 mins. My wife's second steak was medium rare and was fine...the second time. It was a good cut of meat. My Prime Rib was marked "Rare" but was still well done and was COLD...!! Plus it was a poor cut of meat laced with gristle. At that point we just wanted to eat and leave. The waitress did her job but the kitchen couldn't tell the difference between rare and well done to save their life. The entire kitchen should go to Kreis Restaurant on Lindbergh to see how a RARE Prime Rib is properly prepared. Anyone looking for good Prime Rib should do the same and avoid the Shamrock...!

They have some of the best steaks around. The new location is great too. A big upgrade from the old location. All of their menu is good there. Desserts are amazing and homemade. Favorite is the caramel apple cheesecake.

The new location looks great and the food is just as good. I didn't actually get to dine in but the atmosphere is 100% better. At the old location I braved lung cancer each time but the food was worth it. I'm so happy to see such a nice new facility.

Usually like this place, and I don't know if it's growing pains, but waited an hour for a plate of pasta and they were completely out of desserts. I feel as if they are not adequately prepared to face the challenges of running a larger restaurant. The food is good and the atmosphere pleasant. The bathroom was clean but out of paper towels. I will return, but I have reservations about the place now.

The new locale is nice and much bigger. That said, my 3 visits have been hit or miss, but they have improved each time. I'm confident it'll keep getting better.
