Really slow service in the drive through but the food is great. Sometimes the drive through staff has trouble understanding what I say but that might be the equipment home office givea them.

Food was definitely good, it was also hot and fresh. The only real downside I came to experience was the fact that the wait times were very exorbitant. So be prepared for a long wait time to get your food or to even place your order especially if you're going through the drive-thru, so I would recommend maybe going to the inside. Not sure how much of an improvement that is here at this location but hopefully it'll expedite your process. just to even place the order I had to wait roughly 7 and 1/2 minutes and then to make it up to the pick up portion of the drive-through or I can pay for and get my order was roughly another 10 minutes. In retrospect that wasn't necessarily a extremely long period of time but in terms of fast food service... It definitely was. also another added benefit was that the individuals that work here we're putting out their best effort and were friendly

Fast Fresh Belly Bombers. Awesome Service. Best location in the area. (These folks need to teach their cohorts at the St. Charles location @ Old Hwy 94 & Pralle Ln. customer service skills, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and proper decorum).

Food good fast service. They put your cheese sauce in a Cup now. In the past it used to be on the fries when you ordered them. Now it’s not worth the .66 cent they charge. The hi-c orange be on point every time ????
