    Stopped in at the Saint Ann, MO. location and tried the Philly Cheese steak. Great subs at a fair price. Super clean restaurant and friendly staff. We'll be back.

    The food was fine. Unfortunately they misrepresented the size of the French Fries. I had a person with me so we ordered a medium fries to split at $3.99 when the order came out there was barely enough fries for one person. I pointed it out to the cashier and asked for more fries. He brought some more out but he had an additude about it. Won't be returning to that location again
    I mean come on a potatoe cost about 25 cents and they sell it for $3.99..??

    I was at the one on st. Charles rock road today and customer service was poor. Food was ok, tables were dirty part of my order was wrong as I asked for a drink and when i paid they said i only get a soda not a lemonade. Was I offered a change in order.... nope.... I only wanted to give a 2.5 but you cant.

    It was okay for a change. I've yet to figure out that when you're in the customer service industry, why on earth people try to talk to someone through your teeth, especially in a noisy environment. I HAD to ask the manager 3 times to repeat what he was asking me. Talking through your teeth is an ANNOYING habit any way. No excuse or logical reason to do this, it was very expensive to boot
