Previously being in the restaurant industry and initially in fast food management (St. Charles, MO), I can't say how nice and refreshing it was to have good food fast and great service. Well spoken and friendly, cared about being there and the interaction with the guest. This is a seemingly impossible thing to find in St. Louis these days especially! Well worth the extra 2 minute drive past McDonald's on brown road after their typical 12 minute wait and rude, careless staff. I've officially made the switch! Nice job Rally's !

Staff was friendly enough, the food quality was consistent with other Rally's places I have been to. I was very impressed by how fresh the food was. It was piping hot like it was just cooked. That isn't usually how it is at other fast food places. The Burger's are comparable to Wendy's, the other stuff is comparable to food at Sonic's, but the fries are the specialty. I always love their fries!
