Bishop's Post

AWESOME!!! My husband and I tried Bishop’s Post for the first time and was Wowed. We really enjoyed this elegant and classy fine dining experience. My husband ordered the salmon. It was tender and moist with a mouthwatering succulent sauce glaze over a bed of wild rice and vegetables. I had the baked macaroni and cheese and it was extremely cheesy and delicious. All at a reasonable price. Our waitress, Molly, was super attentive, kind, friendly and informative . She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Overall, this is one of the best fine dining restaurants I have been to. We definitely will be back and recommend Bishop’s Post to anyone who appreciates fine dining.

Second visit last night. Celebrating our birthdays! The staff was wonderful and happy hour drinks perfect. Dinner experience not as good as our first. Scallops luke warm and I ordered a twice baked potato but never received it. Waiter came by at the end if dinner to let me know its almost done, no thanks. We were to get a birthday dessert on the house, this didn't happen however it was good.

Great place but last night not the same as first visit. The bridal rehearsal dinner may have overwhelmed the kitchen staff. We really. love the restaurant but will wait until the fall to return.

Update. Restaurant manager got back with me within 48 hours. Extremely apologetic and offered us a discount on our next meal. I am pleasantly surprised for such a quick and sincere response. We will return in the fall and I am sure once again the experience will be EXCELLENT.

Such an amazing meal! Everything about my experience was amazing. The outdoor setting was beautiful. The meal was delicious and well worth the money. The waitress, Emily, was so helpful and it was the best service I’ve had at a restaurant. She answered all of my questions and gave her recommendations which I followed and was very satisfied. Definitely coming again soon!!

I brought my daughter here for a girls night and it was wonderful!! We sat outside and the atmosphere was wonderful. Food was excellent and our waitress Emily was superb!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Looking forward to returning..

The best old fashion I've had from a bar, the tart cherries are a delicious addition. Our party of 7 all enjoyed several appetizers and each had meals prepared perfectly, I especially liked the shrimp and grits. I highly recommend Bishop's Post for any dining out opportunity, especially dining on the patio.
