    Lines long and drive thru packed for morning rush. Otherwise quick service and nice inside and outside seating. Newly renovated in 2020.

    Good luck parking in this lot. The line of cars for the drive thru is so long, people are stopped in the road waiting for the line to recede enough that they can enter the lot. Chai latte is great.
