No drive thru, typically starbucks. Usual friendly and helpful service

If you have to ask about service or quality....you went to the wrong place. This isn’t a coffee shop, It’s a home. Like ‘Cheers’ when you walk in everyone knows your name. And your drink of choice or what they suggest you try. (Which will probably be started on as they see you walking up.) If they don’t it’s either your first time there and they’ll know it by heart soon or you went to far and your not at Starbucks. 1 of my 2 favorite Starbucks in Saint Louis for 5 years now and that’s coming from someone that worked at their 2nd favorite for 4 of those.

The staff can be rude, and they don't seem to value customers. I'm honestly a little sick of this customer service. (Not to be mean or anything, but you guys really need to step up your game) You're going to lose customers. Next time, I'm buying from Kaldi's Coffee.

No there’s not a drive thru however... this location offers pleasant, efficient service. Plexiglass ordering for safety, indoor & outdoor seating options along with 6’ distance placards for a gentle reminder that people should do the customary and respect space. space.
