For a first time trying out that specific dish, I have to say that it was more than good. We got served rather quickly, it did not take the waiter too much time. They refilled our glasses a few times. I would go again.”

“My first visit and I had high expectations. We went through the ridiculously long double drive-thru lanes and it moved very quickly! Staff actually tends the lines, lets you look at a menu, takes your order, you pay and everything is waiting for you at the end of the line. Very efficient! I ordered the grilled chicken pieces which were delightful, well-seasoned and tender. Waffle fries were yummo and the sandwiches and wraps were very tasty. The diet lemonade was delightful! I needed to add a bit more sweetener, but it was lovely. Oh, yes! I'll be back!”

“Great food, but poor management during busy times. While it is not their fault if they get a large influx of orders, they did not even attempt to contact those with pickup orders to alert them that food would take longer than indicated. By longer, I mean 20 minutes of waiting in the store for pickup past ready time. Most online ordering services have an option to contact customers. A simple text or email to alert customers of the extra wait time would have been considerate, especially during a weekday lunch.”

“This place is fantastic! I can't believe I lived in St Louis for three years and never tried here before. The Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious and prepared exquisitely as seen from the photographs. Had a really good lunch here yesterday. The lunch specials are numerous and delicious as well. “After reading some reviews I was hesitant but the food was delicious and service was fenomenal. Our glasses were always full. If you like spicy I recommend to ask for 4 or 5 out of 5 stars. “I usually go to a different smoothie king but the S. Hanley location was closest to me on this day. The smoothie was fine, the same as any other location. I was appalled at the customer service, however. Something was wrong with my bank and they only approved half of the balance due. I didn't have all day to call the bank so I told them to cancel the order. The cashier told me my only options were to pay the rest of the balance or to pay for half and leave with nothing. She couldn't cancel. I ended up having to go through all the fraud stuff with my bank just to pay for $3. The cashiers certainly need extra training on how to do this very simple transaction.”

“Love it when I find a healthy vegan meal in the Midwest. I got a bowl with cauliflower rice, curry brussel sprouts and carrots, with falafel and peanut miso sauce. It was all pretty good but overall very dry. The taste and texture were great, especially the rice, but the falafel seemed pretty stale. My review is mixed and wish the ingredients tasted fresher.”
