Food and service on point! An absolute favorite spot to take friends and family. Highly recommend the burrito bueno but come hungry and leave happy my friends it's a little piece of heaven on a plate

First time here and I placed a carry out order. The bartender, I think Jessica, was super friendly and didn’t forget about me while waiting for my order. I would give 5 stars based on her attentiveness and the fact that the bathroom was incredibly clean. I would also rate my dinner 5 stars. I ordered the sampler and it was delicious! The only thing I might change is that I would sub another beef taquito for the chicken. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the lighting in the bar is way too bright. I felt like I was at a baseball game or an FBI interrogation. I’d say dim the lights a bit and let the margaritas flow!! Otherwise stop in and enjoy the food and the service.

It is a really nice restaurant on the most part. The service was great. The food was pretty good, but not as fond of this one compared to others by the same name. Same menu, but it seems the food is prepped and served a bit differently at each.

First time to El Maguey and it was fantastic! Ya know when you eat so much your belly hurts, that kinda good!! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff

I love it. I love the atmosphere. It's authentic feeling, like a real, slightly-cramped, known-only-to-the-locals place in Mexico. The food is always amazing. When I get the fajitas alambre and they bring it to me on that old-looking, still-smoking skillet, it always feels like there could be no other favorite food in existence. And they have bottomless chips and salsa, of course.
