Chicken Salad Chick

Chicken Salad Chick offers phenomenal food at a beautifully decorated restaurant. The cafe is quaint and has it's own personal style. I ordered the Fancy Nancy on wheat and I can honestly say it was the best chicken salad and wheat bread I have ever had. We also ordered a BLT with the Buffalo Barclay on wheat. It was extremely delicious and flavorful. The sides we ordered were fantastic as well. The fruit was fresh and the macaroni and cheese was creamy and tasted like it was homemade! We loved the complementary buttercream cookies they added on the side too. I highly recommend Chicken Salad Chick. I will be returning to have another meal soon!

Nice place; new for us. We came at a time the manager was able to explain the concept and offerings. All types of chicken salads, scoop or on bread. Lots of nice sides. The small iced shortbread cookie was a really nice feature as part of any meal.

Their chicken salad is amazing, and I was extremely impressed with their service. We arrived right when they opened and ordered a sandwich on toast. They had forgotten to turn on the industrial toaster (easy to forget, I've done the same thing before at a food service job) and those take awhile to heat up. We really didn't mind, as we weren't in a hurry, and just politely told them it was alright, don't worry about it, just bring it out when it's ready. They gave us free soup while we waited, which was delicious, and it still didn't take that long. The kitchen manager brought out probably $40 in little cards to redeem there in the future for our wait. We were amazed. I've been back many times even after we used all of our free item cards. Lesson to the world about dealing with problems when you go out to eat: don't freak out or be rude to your waiter, cashier, etc. It's not that big of a deal. It is a "champagne problem". 99 percent of the time they are trying their best to make you happy. And most of the time, if you have some empathy and tell your waiter not to worry, give them a smile and allow them to relax, they will go above and beyond to resolve the issue immediately and maybe give you something extra in return.

I really like this place! As the name would suggest, the big niche of the place is their chicken salad, and boy do they have a lot of options!! My favorite is the Jalapeno Holly which is basically just their standard chicken salad with some jalapeno in it. It's got a nice little kick! You can get a scoop or a sandwich of their chicken salad as your main item. They also have a few non-chicken salad options, but I'd personally just skip those and go elsewhere if you're not a chicken salad fan.

This restaurant is very nice and clean. The decor is southern. There are a variety of chicken salads and they will let you taste them before you buy it. They were all very fresh and tasty. The chicken is shredded, not chunky as some may have had before and sell by the scoop. This is worth a try they have a flavor for everyone.
