Chevys Fresh Mex

Chevys Fresh Mex makes good food and this location looks very interesting. Don't see many restaurants that look like this. People are friendly and has indoor and outdoor eating spaces. The salsa is very good, but is a little spicy.

I had dinner on a Friday evening at Chevys Fresh Mex and it was wonderful. The chips are warm thin and crispy, the fireroasted salsa IMO is is the best around. I had tortilla soup, the soup was filled with chicken, corn, onion, red peppers and cilantro, served in a nice bowl and just the right amount. My dinner companion had marinated skirt steak tacos with side of rice and flavorful pinto beans (instead the usual refried beans). Our dinner was served quick and Maria, our waitress was a delight. Mike was an amazing server! Wasnt even mad we kept him here a bit after close! Always checked on us, filled drinks and cleared the table. Food was great for being so late too. Thank you! Mike needs a raise!!

The food was great, the atmosphere was fun. There was a wait for our food, but the host did advise us of the situation. We were seated, and ate chips and had drinks until the food arrived. Our server went out of her way to keep us taken care of, and the food was wonderful! Well worth the wait!
