Church's Chicken

My family and I frequent The Establishment quite often and we never seem to have any problems the chicken is freshly cooked so if there's a wait we don't mind waiting. The atmosphere is Pleasant and quite comical at times especially if you're a people watcher. They are also known for serving a multitude of people from corporate and business establishments in the area.

My mother made me drive 2 hours for this said it was best chicken ever. The dark meat and the biscuits were amazing. Everything else was average.

I they don't know that customer comes first. I was in there today one of the ladies wearing hey black turban was trying to resolve the problem over the phone and was unsuccessful. Instead of acknowledging the customers that are standing in front of her, she walks over to discuss the situation or explain the situation to her co-worker that is standing in this little open space off to the side. It doesn't look like she accomplished anything rather than waste our precious time. That transpired about 12: 40 today seven / 30 2019 training in customer service is lacking.

The young man that says “let’s go” on the register is great! Never had a pleasant experience at a Church’s until coming here while doing doordash!

He was quick, respectable , and nice.
