    Always nice to me most of the folks I have seen who experience "rude" are the type that raise their voice and start shouting when they can't understand someone's accent. No wonder the owner sounds "rude" to you I go to this place several times a week and hear half of his customers shouting at him. Keep up the great work guys love the food :)
