I was in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, which wasn't bad considering there was 6 cars in front of me. Most chicken restaurants take a while anyway so no problems there. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because of how difficult it is to find this place and how difficult it is to get into this place. It's on a main street which is good but it is a very BUSY street trying to get in there is like trying to get a cat into a bathtub. You could be in the turn lane for literally 15 minutes before there is a break in traffic. Also the building needs a paint job I passed it up because I couldn't see the logo, you'll only see this place if you're on the same side as the building. Last reason this isn't a 5 star is the intercom may need fixing or the headsets that the employee was using needs fixing because you can't hear what they're saying. It's incredibly low. But all in all the service was quick and the order was correct and hot so good job for this location at this particular time of day being 2pm on a Friday.????????

The customer service was great, even when I got to the window. I had told her I had a coupon, but she didn't hear me so she did change it when I got to the window. She was very nice. Very pleasant and friendly. The reason of the 3 stars. The food was horrible, I order a chicken pot pie, it was so hard and inside the box the pot pie was upside down, nothing ran out in the box, because the crust was hard. I ordered my mom a 2 piece and her biscuit was hard like a hockey puck.
