    The food is great but the customer service needs improvement. I wouldn't say the staff is rude but they seem very uninterested in being at work & giving good service. Mainly the young ones... Smh its already hard to get good service these days... Try standing out.

    Food was good. First time in the place. Rice had a nice flavor. All my usual go to places have changed so much. I have even convinced my Dad to start eating at the Rice House. Says he is willing to make the 10 minute drive. Customer service was a little lacking. No acknowledgement when we walked in. No suggestive selling not even when I explained I was a first time customer and I asked about a couple items which she said she had never tried.
