Cousin Hugo's Bar & Grill

Always great food and service at Cousin Hugo’s. One of the best bar burgers in St. Louis. Service is fast and friendly.

Looking for "comfort food" - nothing fancy. I had the soup and house salad. Note: the house salad is medium size with a lot of cheese, etc. It is between a small chef salad and bland house salads at other restaurants. Finished about 90%. I was full.
Also, the waitress provided good service.
This is a an ideal place just to grab a bite to eat.

My best friend and I used to go here every night in our youth for pitchers of Miller lite and wings. Twenty years later, the place is just as amazing. Cheap, fun, good bar food. Everything a great dive bar should be.

Sorry to Olive Garden but when you are at Cousin Hugos you are family!! A friendly atmosphere, and great food.....best burgers in town and awesome wings.

Also, a great place to watch a game. I've been there to see the last 2 St. Louis Championships and hope to see another one in the very near future.

This review is a little mixed. On one hand it is a chill atmosphere (depending on the time and day) with good service and good burgers. On the other hand, it's pretty dark inside and everything is served on throw away plates and utensils. So if you are looking for a townie bar, this is a good place to go! If you're out on the town or trying to impress someone, maybe try this place a different time.
