Phillies Cheesesteaks

The customer service was excellent. The gentleman at the front thanked each person for their order. The food was served hot and in a timely manner. We ordered the steak fries they were good only thing missing was a fork so I could stuff my face on the way home!!

Had a chance to try them for the first time today. I ordered the classic Philly and it was great. The flavors blended perfectly. I would have rated them 5 stars but the atmosphere was not for me. I thanked the cashier for my order she just walked away and continued doing what she was doing. Your food can be so good but if the customer service isn’t A1, I usually don’t support. I will try them again in the near future. I’m hoping this feedback helps this business I wish them nothing but the best and hope the customer service improves.

High quality, delicious meat. Great sandwiches, perfect cheese fries. Very professional and polite workers, efficient, but had to be reminded about a couple of missing items in my order... They were busy, so I get it. The specialty lemonades are in nice little dispensers in the counter, but as much as I enjoyed it, I'm pretty sure it's just like a powdered Kool Aid mix (which they also sell, nothing wrong with that). Pretty expensive for the amount of food, but again, it all tasted great, so I have no complaints there.

Tried Phillies for the first time today. Was super excited to support a black owned business! I got the chicken philly, cheese fries, and strawberry lemonade.
I think the meat and fries were seasoned well. I liked the cheese sauce and the lemonade was delicious!
I gave 4 stars because the bread needs some love. It didn’t seem like much was done to it, so the bottom was soggy and the top wasn’t as soft (or as crunchy, either would have been fine) as I would have liked it. I like a doughy center with the flaky crust for this type of sub. Maybe consider grilling the bread first. Also the peppers and onions were diced very fine. I prefer them a little larger.
Overall, I enjoyed my meal and would definitely recommend checking them out! I’ll be back to try the steak next!
