Just a great experience. Fun to try new bowls
It was my first time here and the food was great!
First let me say I will try it again.
The rice is not sushi rice it's just warm white rice. I would try a different base. Also the employees weren't very helpful as it was my first time.
I ate all of my toppings so there's that. I'll go back but be a little more cautious with my selectios
Restaurant was very clean. Staff was polite. Food was very good, but a tad bit pricy for poke. The staff could do a little better in walking through the process with you and explain things.
This restaurant is located in the Delmar Loop. We parked our car in the parking garage across the restaurant. The restaurant just opened recently. The restaurant was clean and spacious. This was the first time my family and I visited this place. The cashier did not really explain their menu to us. It took us few minutes to figure this out after her manager stepped in to help us. There were no package meal for their poke bowls. You have to pick your size, base, protein, mix-ins, poke sauce, toppings and drizzles. There will be extra charge for tempera shrimp ($1.5), soft-shell crab($3), avocado ($1.9),and Kim chi($1.5). The food was delicious but the protein portion was small. They ran out of soft-shell crab at noon on sunday. Overall the food was good but a little bit pricier than other poke restaurant. The cashier was uncommunicative and the menu was too complex. It will be easier if they have some prearranged poke bowels for customer to pick. The staff needs to be more informative.
