    This is my favorite St Louis Bread Co. The people are very nice ans this is a great place to study.

    Food has become what it is... Out of a bag,.... The people rocked. so did the staff... Went all "1 billion sold" on us... They were awesome back when they forced local food. Made soup in house. I get it. You make more in grocery stores now..... Well that's why u need it to be super fresh in person. So that when you get it from the store you remember how awesome it is at the restaurant...not mass produced... People think... Tastes same as home sell more... Bad logic.... Hence forth why they are closing there doors everywhere ... I took this time to write this... GO BACK TO YOUR ROOTS! Make wholesome organic Farm Fresh homemade products in store!!! Or you're only be a grocery store name in the future. That's a lot less products sold in the end. And a slow product death.
