Love this place! The meals are SO GOOD! So many selections to choose from and really convenient. I drop in for a meal on the run and other times stock up for the week. The meals are very filling so I am always satisfied after. Cant recommend these meals more!

Love this place! The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Meals such as the salmon burger, turkey meatballs and Asian salad make you feel like you are getting a reward, not diet food. They do have healthy treats like chickees, brownie bites and even coffee cake, which I really appreciate. Check out their blog - some of the posts have dropped into my email at just the right time to help me feel motivated when I'm getting sick of trying to lose weight. Yay Fit Flavors!
