Penn Station East Coast Subs

Like Always I come in every Sunday.
And this Young lady that was just spoke about. Jess. Is Amazing she makes my food the best. She is very polite to her staff! And Cutomers!
Today her staff messed up my fries and my order. She told her staff Not to be selling under cooked fries like mine where!! And she made it right!! And got the staff to do the job Right! Which she was doing the best she could to maintain the fast amazing food. I Always get. My order was messed up. And she still managed to get my 5 star. And make it right. Disappoint in the staff. Staff was rude to her and didn't seem to want to do there job or listen to her. And she Managed the situation better than I could have. God Bless her. See you Next Sunday.

I went in to Penn Station today for lunch and ordered a philly with cheese and some fries. The food was great! The woman cooking on the grill (I think her name is Jessica) looked like she was having a hard time dealing with some mediocre employees. Despite the confrontation with her staff she maintained great food and gave the customers an enjoyable show too! I'll be back every sunday!

The price is good for the amount of food you get. I ordered a veggie wrap for $8, and when he brought it out, it was huge. I was disappointed that they didn't have veggie patties for the sandwiches though, or I would've gotten that. Still, the veggie wrap was scrumptious.

I went at a busy time but the staff was friendly, efficient and extremely competent. The food came out quicker than I anticipated and I wanted one sandwich to go. The gal offered to wrap the extra one up and hold it until I was ready to leave. I didn't get her name but I let the manager know as I was leaving that the gal was a very hard worker & I just wanted to acknowledge her efforts. The food was hot and delicious!
