    Probably the best location in STL, considering so many others have closed. I live closer to the Hampton location, but I get the best service at this one. Fast, efficient and effective!

    This was the hotspot. Nearly every seat:/ filled, yet somewhat quick and very friendly service. The team there worked well together. The best service I've had at any Steak 'n Shake in years. It's obvious why this one is still open.

    I'm not saying this cuz I work there. The food is good the prices is fair. We do get a little bagged up but you still get your food in a reasonable time

    Amazing service from Dakota! Couldn’t talk her up more on here but I’d rather just keep coming back now to keep getting the that same great from her from now on. You have got 1 more new customer coming back to your location

    I love Steak ‘n Shake, you get good food for a good price. However I feel like customer service is usually lacking. When I came to this location with my sister for a late night birthday desert, we had gotten a man named Julian as our server, he had a smile the whole time we were there and was fast with attending our table, he made the experience so much better than usual. I even made sure to give him a goodbye before leaving the restaurant. Great server!
