Love the food that they have here. Lot better than any other fast food place.

The Good: 1 went maybe 30 times in a row before they made their 1st mistake. You can't go anywhere 3x without them screwing something up. So, I was blown away by that. THE BAD: the drinks. EVERY time they will pack your cup with as much ice as possible. Not just this location, but all that I've been to. This has to tick every customer off, yet they STILL do it just to save the pennies on providing us soda that we paid $$ for. So, you have to order "Light Ice" just to get more than 8 sips from a large drink. Also, they say we all prefer their Styrofoam cups so they're going to continue to use them. If you get a medium drink, REQUEST the large paper coffee cup instead & tell them you don't like Styrofoam, they'll swap it for you & you can recycle it. That aside, this is the best run team you'll ever see in fast food. Incredible.

Great food. Quick service and the food is always hot. I love that the staff comes out and asks to take your trash or if you need any condiments and napkins.

The food is good as always, the service was nice, the food came out quickly. My biggest complaint was that there were some people vaping right in the middle of the restaurant and no one did anything about it. I don't fully know if it's specifically disallowed, but I would've thought it would be at least implied to the point that something could've been done about it. Especially for a place that prides itself on being so family friendly

They give out good rewards and freebies time to time if you are using the app. Most of my orders have been carry outs, and waiting time has been always less than five minutes. The staff are courteous and quick. The restaurant is kept clean, and the food is brought to your table. Food is good for fast food restaurant, never had any issues with quality. Usually my go to Chick-fil-A once or twice a month.
