Koibito Poke - Des Peres

My husband and I tried this for the first time today as we are big poke fans! We both got a bowl and loved it! The food was good but the service was great! Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were educated on the menu, double checked our orders, and even offered us a free sample of the dole. We will definitely be back thanks to him and his wonderful service!

So good! Anyplace that knows it is shoyu not soy sauce is a level up, for sure! It is nice to have the traditional tuna as an option. But this place also has well-rounded options for non-raw consumers and keto needs.

Service was perfect. Good portions and we didn't feel rushed like another poke place in a neighboring town.

The only bummer for us was they were out of salmon in the middle of the day and salmon was our main craving. Hoping that is not a regular issue because we plan on returning :)

I had a bowl with brown rice, Hawaiian tuna, ginger, jalapeno, green onions, kale, cilantro, and house sauce. They have 3 kinds of tuna and salmon, all raw. Mango lemonade to drink.

Solid, especially since it's so new. Staff super friendly and patient, delicious and fresh ingredients. May cost more than other fast casual places but only by $3-4 and it was outstanding! Will definitely be back. I got the triple tuna bowl with sweet chili lime sauce and it was amazing.

My poke bowl of Hawaiian poke and shrimp was amazing! I highly recommend the spicy shoyu! This new restaurant is clean, staff is amazing, and food is not only healthy, but delicious! You have to check it out! I’ve eaten there 3 times, and they’ve only been open a week!
