When you order extra ingredients on your sandwich -
.. can't even see any of the toppings.. it's like a disappointing mystery.

It's almost like they remembered my first review, because this time, I got All the ingredients. Massive amounts of everything, delicious sandwich. Thank you sandwich makers, this was delightful.

Yummy sandwiches, super friendly staff at this location. Although, sweet tea & a baby changing table would be the ultimate addition for us. ????

So I walk in not sure what I and a guy says take your time. Then a lady named Catriona Milne asks me questions to help me figure out what I wanted. I then give one order thing, then I see the Frenchie advertised and I was curious. Catriona then tells me everything about it and that they were just made. I order it and then I order another sandwich. As I'm bagging up my food she asked me if I needed any additional condiments or anything else.

Incredible customer service and I'll surely come back to this Jimmy John's. Whoever hired Catriona you found a great employee.

I put my order into the website just like I'd done a dozen times and something bugged out and took all the edits out of my order besides what I was charged for. I got the sandwich and it was all wrong. The store manager explained that he received the order that way but still replaced my sandwich with what I actually wanted. Good guys. Good drivers. Okayish website. I'm sure I'll be calling with my order soon.
