Prime rib and veal oscar are awesome. The house-made amaretto cheesecake is also delicious. One of the best meals I have had in quite some time!
This place is truly amazing. It's your traditional old school restaurant where quality and service are their top priority. For our budget it's definitely on the high side so unfortunately it's only for very special occasions. Dinner for my wife and I after tip was around $270. Make reservations in advance. If you leave here disappointed it's probably your own fault.
Very good food and service. Great variety on the menu. Best ???? bread accompanied dinner. Bring your wallet but worth it. Great American take on seafood, poultry and meat. Something for everyone in an elegant atmosphere. German dishes also.
Abosolutely the Best Place in the US for Prime Rib. Their Steaks are fantastic
The Staff are the Ultimate Professional. Super Helpful and Friendly
Everything the Cook is outstanding
I have been a Fan and a Customer since 1981.
If you have not been there yet
It is a Must Go Restaurant
Always a Great Evening and Meal
I would Easily Give it Way More than 5 Stars.
Decent steak. It was fine, cooked to med rare just how I like it. But it was just fine, not exceptional. My spouse has the salmon and I thought that was exceptional. Service was quick and personable, although I think that had a lot to do with Frank wanting to go home and catch the last of the Blues game. Cant fault him for that I guess. Lots of conversation from the back prep and kitchen areas which I found annoying because we were seated in the quieter back area. The front contains the bar and is much more festive. Yep, 3 stars. You can do better than this place.
