Sonic Drive-In

Just went to Sonic and ordered some food and a shake. We were waiting a while but my husband and I didn't mind too much since it looked pretty busy. When they delivered our food we were told that the manager refunded our money due to our long wait! That's going above and beyond in my book to refund before any complaints are made. The only thing that brings this down to 4 stars is that I order a chicken basket with country gravy. I was really looking forward to the gravy but I did not receive any and the chicken was a little overdone.

Giving them 3 stars is generous on my part. They couldn't understand my order. After giving me my order the tator tots tasted as though they left them in oil to long. Cheese wasn't melted its like they just remember the Coney needed cheese.

This is usually my morning stamp on most days. When Alex is working and this other tall young man with blonde hair on top, it's a pleasant experience. When anyone else is there in the morning it makes me not want to go back. My experience is usually great, but Friday June 21st 2019, the female that was working the drive through around 8:30 A.M. was the rudest encounter I have had there. I can honestly say if I pull up to the window again and she is there, I will just leave. Kudos to the other 2 I mentioned, they're great!
