(February 23, 2019, 3:38 pm)The reason I gave them four stars...simply put the service has dramatically improved in the last 6-8 months. I've never cared for this location but the food & service has improved. They were usually very slow... especially in evenings. Total turn around as far as I'm concerned. I hope it stays that way! The staff is usually compromising and accommodating. The food is always made to order and the shakes at this location are the best in the area concerning the Steak n' Shake food chain. I'm happy to frequent this location.
