    We visited the Starbucks in St Louis at 4319 Butler Hill Rd, St Louis MO, near Hwy 55. We ended up spilling almost an entire large cappuccino in our vehicle. Totally our fault. It was a sticky mess!! We went to ask for napkins and instead they gave us wet and dry wash clothes to use. When we returned the wash clothes, they had prepared a replacement cappuccino at no charge! We want to express sincere appreciation for the amazing customer service! Thank you, Starbucks!

    I went in on a Sunday night to check order for my sister. She told me to surprise her, and I didn’t know what she wanted. The girls did such a wonderful job. Y’all made my experience great, and my sister loved her drink. Thanks!

    the staff here is so nice! they are always fast and efficient, the service is great i love coming through here in the mornings before work everyone is just so friendly and i always have a great experience here. for sure my favorite starbucks in the area.
