Jilly's Cupcake Bar & Café

Well...well.well...Jilly's you have changed my mind. I made a review last year stating that the ice cream was great but the cupcakes were okay. Well I visited you all again because I had a sweet tooth. First of all your customer has been great both times, ice cream is phenomenal and I gave the cupcakes another try and I must say they were awesome. Great job, I will be back and Thank you!!!! JILLY'S ROCK!!!!!! BEST CUPCAKES IN THE LOU????????????????????

My first couple of visits were pleasant. The staff were bubbly & helpful. I returned today to get a cupcake for a co-workers birthday tomorrow (and grabbed myself one) & the female clerk was a bit rude. She didn't even offer a candle like the previous employees did. I asked if she could give me a sticker to put on the bag so my coworker would know where it came from & the cashier stated that it was on top of the container but she would put one on it anyway. I was a bit perturbed but because of the fabulous service I received prior, I decided not to let this 1 time incident discourage me from returning. Overall a very clean facility & great treats!

Jilly's is known for their cupcakes ... which are delicious! I definitely have my favorites, like the carrot cake and turtle ones, but I love trying the new flavors every month too.

But their food is great too. In the past I've had the chicken salad sandwich, and today I had the breakfast sandwich - an enormous plate of two waffles with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and a poached egg in between. Didn't even need the syrup.

This place did not disappoint! Great staff, amazing cupcakes and ice cream! Found that many of their flavors are made from their cup cakes and you don't actually loose the cup cake flavor, or get too sweet with it!

The carrot cake ice cream texture is a perfect blend that wasn't pureed to death so you get the satisfaction of carrot crunchy bits, nuts, and sweet cream.

My three granddaughters love to bake cupcakes and share them. So I wanted to show them my favorite cupcake shop. They wanted to bring thier cupcakes along to share-and show. They was wowed by the beautiful and delicious cupcakes that sat in the window. They loved taking pictures around the store and loved watching the bakers. They was greeted with so much sweet love, and want to come back again. They said it’s their favorite cupcake shop because the cupcakes are so delicious!
