Texas Roadhouse

Arrived with a friend & sat in a booth in bar area. Brittany was the waitress/bartender. Our orders came and one was complete and the other had a steak and was told the baked potatoes were not finished. Brittany did not know nor understand that you don’t serve one person and have the other’s order be incomplete. She smirked when I said something. Brittany did not apologize nor seem sorry about the situation. I asked for the manager who did not charge us due to her ineptitude and lack of manners. Cudos to the manager but please train your staff.better or get rid of them.

Today I loved eating at this restaurant. I arrived late to have dinner with my family, so I didn't hear our server's name, but he was FANTASTIC!! Great personality, engaging, really seemed to enjoy being there. (He's originally from Minnesota.) I wish I knew his name so everyone could ask for him!

First time at a Texas road house.

Neat atmosphere, great service, food was also great for the price. The beef looks great in the case but my steak had alot of veins.

I would have given 4 stars but I called ahead for a table. I showed up and still had to wait 15 minutes.

Overall it's a really neat place.

My peach margarita was fantastic but dinner was pretty blah. Our server did a great job but the food will keep me from going back again. I didn't expect greatness from chain restaurant but did expect a little better than what I had.

Good food... excellent service. I think I made my server Michael nervous when I asked to see the manager. But I only asked to see him so that I can tell him that Michael did a wonderful job. We'll definitely be back
