IHOP

I arrived just after the morning rush and I was seated quickly. A server brought coffee and a glass of water. My order was cooked to my satisfaction. Good, caring staff and plenty of smiles.

They just remodeled and seems they might be under new ownership/management. Silverware is clean again and service is fast. We stopped coming here prior to today because it seemed they were declining to a Jack in the Box level of cleanliness and service.

Fantastic pancakes, The Omelette made with egg whites was not very appealing and the avocado was a little overdone with black throughout. We did send the avocado back and they brought us a few slices of nice-looking avocado. They said that the place will be updated in the next few weeks I can't wait to see what it looks like because right now it needs some help. Hopefully they'll also clean air conditioning filters and grates because they are awfully black along with the ceiling where the air comes out from the air conditioning and heating. Bathrooms were very clean.
