PM BBQ

I had PM BBQ cater a corporate event. Everybody raved about the BBQ! Meat was tender, and the sides were great. Even the vegetarian was excited about the sides. Thanks for making the event a success!

Great crispy ribs. Staff are really nice as well.

Spoonbread! Greqt smoked meats with a dry rub. Spicy and Carolina sauces are outstanding. Sweet was a little overly sweet. Beans had a good amount of smoked pork. Amazingly friendly staff. Will for sure be back.

I stopped in today to try a smoked burger. I was not disappointed!

The burger, cooked above medium as ordered, was still delicious and juicy and most importantly super-flavorful. My burger had a generous scoop of house-made pimiento cheese and also a bit of pulled pork.

I ordered a side of potato salad. While the potato salad was pretty good, it wasn't anything revolutionary.

The sauces were very traditional, but tasty. I particularly liked their take on a Carolina (sweety, spicy vinegar).

The service and food were both fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

PM BBQ is the best BBQ in St. Louis. The meat is tender and fantastic and all of the sides are outstanding. I’ve been in love with this place for years.They catered my graduation party today and I was extremely satisfied. They came right on time and set up all of the food. My guests absolutely loved it.
