The baby was all nice and soft and fluffy all the same time but sweetness of the powdered sugar for some reason. Just made a great combination. The people working there are super nice and they work really really fast. Also the more you go you can get a coffee for free or beignet on their little points card physical card that they stamp. So that's also a win win and you get to save money. I'll definitely be going back to try their other flavors, but if you want to beignet for the first time go for the traditional.
