China King Gravois

I've ate here many times and it's by far the best Chinese food in the area with quick and friendly staff. The fried rice here is very good and a perfect golden brown, not black and dirty like all the other Chinese restaurants who don't change their grease. The combo meals give you a lot of food for a cheap price, i recommend the orange chicken.

Ordered Whole Order Vegetable Fried Rice w/gravy side it was good, plenty of vegetables. Gravy portion was small, could have used more. Will stop by again, especially since it's on my route home.

We usually are very happy customers of China King, but, we had our order mixed up recently on a delivery, and when speaking with the manager, Jen, she was extremely rude and refused to help us and went as far to state that she listened to the recording of our order and that we were wrong. We offered to return the food and do what we can to fix this and make our order right, and she told us to come into the store (we didn't have time due to being a delivery) and hung up on us.
When I called back and asked to speak to another manager, they were extremely helpful and everything was corrected and redelivered to our house. I wish I could have remembered to get his name so we could thank him on this post! Though our experience speaking with the manager Jen was extremely unpleasant, we hope she can learn how to better service her customers as we are regular service to this company!
