Evangeline's Bistro and Music House

Surprised. They have really good food. The New Orleans theme cuisine was wonderfully. Their bbq shrimp and smoked grit were the best. Have to go back again to sample other menu items.

Had a great time at Evangeline's last night. Sat outside. The Hurricanes and pulled pork taco happy hour specials were very good. Our entrees of red beans and rice, jambalaya and gumbo were great. Our server Steve took excellent care of us.

Service was awesome.. we had a fabulous waitress named kitty. the food was off the charts good.. desert was perfect. The music set the mood for a really strong mint julep. All made for a great experience.

This was a very interesting restaurant and bar. The service was great and the band was playing older polka music. But, it brought you back in time and you felt as if you had lived in that time period if even for a split second. The band was funny and worked the crowd, the drink menu was perfect and the food was delicious! If your looking for a nicer spot to eat and or drink this one has your name on it!
