Ken is an amazing chef and so knowledgeable of what your body needs to stay healthy and fit. Ful. is the perfect solution to wanting to eat healthy and managing your busy schedule. The meals vary every week so you’re not eating the same thing all the time. Honestly, I’d choose Ful. over eating out (or eating my own meal prep) any day. Oh and did I mention it’s reasonably priced?!

Best meal prep service in St. Louis. Ken delivers healthy and nutritious meals that also taste great. The braised beef with sweet potato noodles is my favorite. I could eat it every day!!!

I love eatful meals!!! They are always so delicious!!! A must buy for the person who is tired of food prepping and wants to enjoy their Sundays again! Plus all the macros are the same so no need to break out the scale for every meal.

I’ve been getting meals from here for the past year and they are delicious. All of the ingredients are fresh and some weeks I even freeze the meals and they still taste great after defrosting! The meals end up being cheaper, healthier, and tastier than eating out (which is what I was doing). Lastly they have great customer service which is always a plus when dealing with a company. Highly recommend
