Excellent service. Both bartenders were very knowledgeable about all whiskeys and had great knowledge about bourbons. Bartenders actually acted like they wanted to talk about whiskey.
Nothing short of AMAZING as always.. SHRIMP PASTA along with my favorite drink THE BEES KNEES. YOU MUST TRY THIS COCKTAIL. Oh and the pasta too
Great selection of whisky and cocktails. Only food item I have had were the crab cakes but they were very good! Atmosphere is great and I love sitting on the patio on nice days.
I went here on a Saturday morning for brunch. The server we had was amazing as well as the atmosphere. Now for the food however:
I do believe the chicken and waffles are overpriced. They say it’s an shareable item but honestly that’s enough for only 1 person. It’s literally one waffle and two tenders (1 person) but the waffle was superb! Very buttery and flavorful. Comes with pecans and the syrup sets it off wonderful. Now the tenders are very disappointing. It was literally batter and meat. No seasoning at all. It really threw off the wonderful waffle. I added salt to my tenders and ended adding that sweet and salty balance that chicken and waffles are known for but it would’ve been better if it wasn’t last minute.
I also ordered the two eggs plate. THAT was good and I will go back and get that if I ever go. The price was good on that item as well as for the seasoning of the potatoes. Bacon was perfect and that bread was good! I really truly enjoyed how well it complimented everything on my plate.
In conclusion chicken n waffles underwhelming. Waffle alone =superb. But not truly shareable. Two Eggs plate =superb. I would go back.
