(March 21, 2019, 12:11 pm)I order from this place regularly. One guy (Johnny? Or Bobby?) has been super cool and helpful when my food was like an hour late for delivery (as he was short staffed). He apologized and offered me a free sandwich which was well made and it seemed like her really felt bad about my inconvenience. A couple weeks later, my friend went in to pick up a sandwich and same guy remembered me and gave us a free sandwich again to make up for what had happened before. He made us feel really valued. He was running store by himself and was handling a lot, but still kept his cool and never made us feel bad for asking for extras. Great shop lately (March 2019)
