Penn Station East Coast Subs

Dissapointing. Not much meat on sandwich and employee's very hateful. Very expensive for sub sandwiches. After $20 for two sandwiches I asked for a water cup. I put water in my cup and added two lemons just to flavor it a bit. The employee came over to my table and literally snatched the cup from my hand and said. "This is supposed to be water." I told her it was water. She said."I dont believe you." Took my drink away. Dumped it out and brought me another cup of water. So I had to get back up and redo the lemons. And was offended. to be honest.

I ordered online and showed up when the order was projected to be ready. When I got there, they hadn't started making the food yet. There were three workers behind the counter. One making sandwiches on the grill, one making fries and finishing sandwiches, and one at the register. The lady at the register was a bit obnoxious. She kept repeating my name and seemed put out by having to do anything, which consisted of handing a receipt to me and filling a cup. There was another person at the counter who I assume worked there or was friends with the lady at the register. It was just an uncomfortable experience and I got a weird vibe from the lady at the register. The food was good, but I didn't like the atmosphere.

Fries sent from heaven... I'm from NY so I'll always tell the staff no banana peps. Staff is strong and swift. Big recommendations
