Sultan Mediterranean Restaurant

An exceptional restaurant in the Grove, Sultan has a distinctive menu of authentic Mediterranean dishes. The execution is superb -- robust and exotic flavors. The Turkish coffee is served in an individual, elegant coffee service (see photo). Impressive at every turn! Charming space and pleasant service.

Delicious with friendly service. I've been several times with large groups and they've been super accommodating. All the dishes have been great. I don't believe they serve alcohol.

I went here for lunch on Thursday right as they opened. I got a lentil soup which was delicious and for the main entree, got one of their more popular dishes, the Sultan Pilau which was amazing. Picture a bowl of lamb shank meat, rice, pistachio, almonds and other ingredients inside of a filo dough. It was very large portion and came with a side of salad and a yogurt cucumber sauce. It definitely was worth it and still ate it all even though the large portion. Then finished it off with a dessert, pistachio custard which was also really good. By the time I got there, I was the first customer there. By the time I left, the place was packed. The two waitresses were still able to keep up with the large influx of customers and provided great customer service throughout. Highly recommend this place, it's worth it.

We just had lunch and it was absolutely delicious. We ordered several things to share and each were equally amazing. Everything was fresh and seasoned extremely well. We are so happy to have stumbled upon this restaurant. We will definitely be back!

One of my new favorite places in town. The food is amazing and is also a reasonably priced. The staff is very quick and very courteous as well. I haven't had a meal here that I wasn't extremely satisfied with. Absolutely one of the best new places in St. Louis.
