    I was surprised. The bartenders handle high volume professionally and anticipated my needs. A lot of space to move around and the drinks were excellent! I would not mind returning.

    The owner here is a class act. Following up my 1 star review with a 5 star review. She reached out to me quickly to address the experience I had. The service industry isn't perfect, but it's nice to see business owners that can swallow their pride and just say sorry when something goes wrong. The food here is great as long as I can make it back to work in time.

    P.S. The gooey butter cake was one heck of an apology.

    We had so much fun at the Lou, had excellent food and great drinks! It was so much fun at lunch that we came back for dinner. The staff trumps it all. They.were.incredible. They were extremely friendly, easy to talk to, kind to the children and made the experience a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend you check this place out!! ❤
