Wine Down Cafe (St. Louis)

The atmosphere was cozy and very nice very clean! Food was AMAZING! I met the owner & his mother. A must absolute must try! A morning breakfast date, a girls brunch, hanging with the guys, (TV with the game on) or just a family gathering. I give Wine Down Cafe 5 stars because it's truly worth 5 stars plus. We will be going again and again! Meet me there better yet beat me there.

We ordered the Egg rolls, a couple of Cafe Wings, the Chicken Con Broccoli Pasta; and then the Crispy Chicken Tenders and Banana Pudding to go. Again...so good!!

Been riding by seeing this place and couldn’t wait to try. Came with my mom and the food was absolutely amazing!!!! The wings were so good and juicy. The Buffalo chicken dip was some of the best I tasted and the chips were warm and toasty. The Philly cheese steak egg rolls were the best !!! My mom got the rum punch and she loved it. I got a Margarita and it was good and strong too. Customer service was excellent. Place was clean and nice. Prices were definitely reasonable especially for the quality of food you get. Happy Hour from 3-7 has good deals too. Would definitely recommend this place you have to try! Can’t wait to go back ❤️

Wine Down Cafe is a unique bar in the Carondelt neighborhood that offers incredible food that you would expect to find in the CWE or Downtown Clayton. Luckily, this bar is located in an easy to get to spot in south city and is absolutely a must try if you're looking for a place for drinks and food but with a gourmet twist. During this visit we tried multiple dishes with the Philly Cheese Steak Egg Rolls and the Jamaican Jerk wings being incredibly good. We also had the macaroni balls which were excellent, the grilled chicken sandwich and a smash burger paired with fries that were topped with spices and garnish. For the desert we had banana pudding and fried orcas with chocolate icecream. For the TLDR, this place was incredible and we will definitely be back.
