The food is healthy and delicious. The owner and her daughter are seriously the sweetest. I highly recommend the dairy and gluten free cookies and sweet treats although the cowboy caviar is hard to top for a healthy grab and go lunch .. check this place out . Definitely worth the trip.

I have tried many things from Daily Flavors and I have not ever been disappointed! Food is great. Ashley is amazing and very accommodating. Portions are perfect. Always look forward to the new weekly items on the menu. If you want to try some healthy food options, be sure to check this place out!!
